Soltex offers products that provide high quality additions to your grease applications.

Acetylene Black is a grease filler, UV stabilizer, and conductivity improver.

Polyalphaolefins are used as basestock for synthetic greases, thickeners, and for general rheology control.

The functions of polybutene in grease are as a thickener and for general rheology control.

Soltex AmorCal 400/800 and PCA 400:

Used for conversion to calcium sulfonate greases.
Can be gelled by converting calcium carbonate to calcite crystalline structure.
High polarity provides good wetting and adhesion to metal substrates.
High polarity offers good rust and corrosion protection of metal surfaces.
Excess TBN provides good protection in acid environments.
High molecular weight sulfonate provides good water separation characteristics.
